At The Mustard Seed, we are committed to delivering your faith-inspired apparel and gifts with care. Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Order Processing and Production

Most products are made specifically for your order. Production times vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Production generally takes several business days but may take longer. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia, or other international destinations. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination, product type, package weight, fulfillment provider, available shipping methods, and the number of shipments required.

Multiple Shipments

Products may be manufactured and shipped by different fulfillment providers. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Separate shipping charges may apply. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking details.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction.

We will attempt to correct address errors before shipment, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, subject to applicable law.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
