At The Mustard Seed, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, and other faith-inspired products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or ordering mistakes.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at pccarson2@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted.

Returns and Exchanges

Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions.

We generally cannot exchange made-to-order products because a customer selected the wrong size or color.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to cancel it before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, although your financial institution may require additional time.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory cancellation or return rights for customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions.
